Rohan is a famous mangaka. He first appears as an antagonist to Koichi and Toshizaku when they go to his house for an autograph. After they try to sneak a peek of the new issue of his manga he uses his stand Heaven's Door to make neither of them able to attack him. Then he reads their memories and in doing so finds out about Josuke, Okuyasu and everyone else in the story so far, but only according to how Koichi sees them. Then he decides to use them as materials for his manga. After using Koichi as his personal "Inspiration" Okuyasu and Josuke find out about where Koichi has been going by following him. They defeat him and leave him in the hospital for a while.

JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Diamond wa Kudakenai

The year is 1999. Morioh, a normally quiet and peaceful town, has recently become a hotbed of strange activity. Joutarou Kuujou, now a marine biologist, heads to the mysterious town to meet Jousuke Higashikata. While the two may seem like strangers at first, Jousuke is actually the illegitimate child of Joutarou's grandfather, Joseph Joestar. When they meet, Joutarou realizes that he may have more in common with Jousuke than just a blood relation.

Along with the mild-mannered Kouichi Hirose and the boisterous Okuyasu Nijimura, the group dedicates themselves to investigating recent disappearances and other suspicious occurrences within Morioh. Aided by the power of Stands, the four men will encounter danger at every street corner, as it is up to them to unravel the town's secrets, before another occurs.

The spinoff will focus on Kishibe Rohan, an eccentric mangaka with the ability to read people's memories, an ability called "Heaven's Door." He seeks out the supernatural to see for himself what his mysterious ability is all about.
