He is the guild master of Ainz Ooal Gown and regarded as the highest of the Almighty 41 Supreme Beings by the NPCs of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.  A cautious and stingy person, Momonga always tries to plan and control details, avoiding any haphazard actions. Because he doesn't underestimate his opponents, he will usually overkill them. Since being transferred to a new world and becoming an actual Undead being, Momonga could feel himself becoming very cold and calculating, his emotions repressed.  Loyal to his friends and creations, since becoming Lord Ruler of Nazarick in the new world he acts with a certain degree of nobility for his devoted followers. Momonga only does things that will benefit Nazarick or himself, whether its information or prestige. Although he does have a sense of justice and doesn't hate humans as much as his followers, he holds no attachment to them, and he feels nothing toward their deaths.  His real name is Satoru Suzuki. Momonga

Albedo is the Overseer of the Floor Guardians of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. She is in charge of the general management and supervises the activities of the seven Floor Guardians, meaning that she ranks above all the other NPCs in Nazarick. She is the sister of Nigredo and Spinel. She was created by Tabula Smaragdina.  An impeccable beauty, Albedo is a woman with lustrous jet-black hair and the face of a goddess. She has golden irises and vertically split pupils; on her left and right temples are two thick horns protruding crookedly, and on her waist is a pair of black angel wings.  Albedo wears a pure white dress with silky gloves covering her slender hands, and a golden spiderweb necklace that covers her shoulders and chest. In combat, she wears an impressive black full plate armor with a unique helm and carries a battle-axe with her.  Like Shalltear, Albedo has a true form as a heteromorphic race NPC. Shalltear called her a "big mouthed gorilla" when they quarreled, so her true form may be quite large in size.  Extremely loyal and extremely in love, Albedo is completely infatuated with Momonga, often showing obsessive tendencies when it comes to his affairs. She is always vying for Momonga's affection, showcasing outbursts of jealousy whenever anyone else appears to be getting close to him.  Among all the Guardians, Albedo is the most vocal when it comes to expressing opinions. She will openly denounce any statement or action deemed inappropriate, reaching the point where Momonga sometimes considers it an annoyance.  As the Overseer of the Floor Guardians, she is very levelheaded. Albedo can make calm and collected judgments that Ainz, sometimes, doesn't think of. She takes Ainz's orders as top priority and absolute, punishing anyone, even a Floor Guardian, who'd dare belittle his orders. Like many others in Nazarick, she absolutely loathes humans and views them as an inferior species.  In the web novel version, Albedo does not exist.  Though the reason is not yet known, Albedo holds a strong hatred towards all of the 41 Supreme Beings except for Ainz. Yuri is the vice-captain of the "Pleiades Six Stars," the battle maid squad of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.  She is a beauty with an intelligent look, wearing glasses and a choker. She wears her hair tied into a low-cropped bun at the back of her head. Lacking a metal plate in front of her skirt, her dress emphasizes mobility rather than defense. She is equipped with spiked gauntlets.  As shown in her karma value, Yuri is good-hearted and one of the two "safe" Pleiades to humans. Thus, she felt relief when Ainz said not to kill humans without proper reason. When given permission to do as she pleases, she chooses to help people in destitution. She uses "boku" as a first person pronoun when speaking in private, revealing a somewhat childish nature.  Her behavior is strict like a teacher's. Yuri Alpha

Lupusreginais a member of the "Pleiades Six Stars," the battle maid squad of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.  She is a brown-skinned beauty with a sporty look and red hair tied in two long braids. Lupusregina wears a maid uniform with short sleeves and long black gloves, with a skirt that has a long slit on it's left side, revealing thigh high white stockings. She is equipped with an imposing black and silver scepter slung across her back.  Lupusregina has a very bright and outgoing personality but is also able to conduct herself like a perfect lady. She is sociable and friendly toward humans, though it is only a mask to conceal her brutal and cunning personality. She also likes to make lewd jokes.  She had a tendency to suddenly appear behind people and disappear without notice.  (Source: Overlord Wikia)

Lupusregina Beta

Shalltear is a true vampire and the Floor Guardian of the first to third floors in the Great Tomb of Nazarick. She was created by Peroroncino.  Shalltear has a very flirtatious personality and is very open with her sexual preferences, often to other characters' discomfort. Despite her apparent shamelessness, she can be quite innocent about certain things. She has a complex about her small figure, which she attempts to cover up by using breast pads.   As a true vampire, Shalltear is extremely proud and takes her position as a Floor Guardian very seriously. She has no patience for failure and will often burst into fits of rage at signs of an unfavorable situation. She will not hesitate to kill any servant who disappoints her; however, she will not punish others for failing in tasks that are impossible to begin with.  Shalltear is completely loyal to Momonga and is also a love rival to Albedo for his affections. She takes great joy in being able to prove her worth and fantasizes about the praise she expects to receive. When a situation doesn't go in her favor, she panics about the scolding she believes that she will get.  (Source: Overlord Wikia)

Shalltear Bloodfallen

Clementine is a rogue warrior from Zuranon and a former member of the Black Scripture, the strongest scripture in the Slane Theocracy.  She is a woman around twenty years old, with short blonde hair and delicate features, giving her a cat-like appearance. Her armor is made from the medals she has taken as a trophy off of the adventurers she has slain. Her favorite weapons are the stilettos she wears on her side, though she also uses a mace and a mythril estoc coated with orichalcum.  Clementine is a true psychopath obsessed with inflicting pain and murder. Having a background in the Black Scripture, Clementine is extremely confident in her abilities, going so far as to declare herself unbeatable. Before she went rogue, Clementine held the 9th seat in the Black Scripture. Betraying the Scripture, she stole the magical Crown of Wisdom from one of the six Shaman-Princesses of the Theocracy, forcing her to flee and join Zuranon.  Clementine is later killed by Ainz because she interrupted Ainz's plan to spread his name. Her body later mysteriously disappeared from where it was held. (Source: Overlord Wikia)

Clementine

Cocytus is the floor guardian of the fifth floor in the Great Tomb of Nazarick. He is a hybrid between a mantis and an ant. He was created by Takemikazuchi.  Having an enormous body size of 2.5m, Cocytus has the appearance of an insect walking on two feet - a fusion between a mantis and an ant.  With a tail twice as long as his height, Cocytus is covered with sharp spikes like icicles and has a strong jaw that can easily snap people's hands. Two of his hands hold a silver halberd, while the remaining two hands hold a mace emitting black light and a crooked shape sheath which seems to be for a broadsword. With a breathtaking cold air, the pale blue, hardened bone armor oozes out diamond dust like bright light. His shoulders and back look like an uplifted iceberg.  (Source: Overlord Wikia)

Cocytus

CZ2128 is a member of the "Pleiades Six Stars," the battle maid squad of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.  She is a short girl with red-gold straight long hair. She wears an eyepatch over her left eye, while her right eye has an emerald color and target-mark on the pupil. She wears accessories with military camouflage patterns. While her face is beautiful, she does not show her emotions and talks in a flat tone.  CZ2128 appears emotionless and has a silent nature. Her Karma is relatively high, which makes her, along with Yuri Alpha, one of the two "safe" Pleiades to humans. Though she usually ignores conversations from humans, sometimes there is a possibility to communicate with her. She hates cannibalism and likes cute things, such as Eclair.  CZ2128's creator was one of the Supreme Beings, other than Tabula Smaragdina, responsible for the design of Treasury security systems. Thus her character settings are set to be familiar with Nazarick’s mechanism unlocking methods.  In the web novel version, she was created by Tabula Smaragdina.  (Source: Overlord Wikia)

Overlord

The final hour of the popular virtual reality game Yggdrasil has come. However, Momonga, a powerful wizard and master of the dark guild Ainz Ooal Gown, decides to spend his last few moments in the game as the servers begin to shut down. To his surprise, despite the clock having struck midnight, Momonga is still fully conscious as his character and, moreover, the non-player characters appear to have developed personalities of their own!

Confronted with this abnormal situation, Momonga commands his loyal servants to help him investigate and take control of this new world, with the hopes of figuring out what has caused this development and if there may be others in the same predicament.
