She is the first to meet the school's New Teacher, introducing herself as the Belgium-made assault rifle FNC. She also goes by the nickname 'Funko' from her older sister FAL who also had the name entered in FNC's teacher's student list (assumed to have used her position as Student Council President and good relationship with the teachers to do so) much to FNC's chargin.  Because of the skeleton stock on her weapon-self she wears a T-back which gets her picked on due to an incident with the New Teacher calling her "T-back girl" and her literal return-fire putting him in the hospital twice.   During the "extra lesson" battle against her older sister FAL, M14, and G3 she is one of the last to survive (along with SIG) until the New Teacher interrupts and drags her and L85A1 away for being in the upperclassman area.

Another close friend of Funco. She is a British L85A1 assault rifle. Shy and clumsy, she has an unreliable nature and the habit of breaking a lot just like her namesake gun. She idolizes Funco's elder sister Fal.  Nickname: L-chan (Eru-chan, due to Japanese pronounciation). Funco's best friend, who nicknames her Fucco due to a spelling mistake. She has an energetic personality and a foul mouth with Osaka dialect, but is very kind. She is very delicate to the point of requiring frequent maintenance and is picky on what she eats representing her namesake's unreliability. She is an American M16A4 assault rifle (her name stands for "16") and has a large number of fans, as she is usually photographed for the cover of specialized gun magazines and this cohere with the real M16 which is very famous around the world (Second to AK-47 in terms of production number; see Comparison of the AK-47 and M16). In non-combat action, she tends to rapidly alternate between bursts of activity and sudden rests, relating to her namesake's three-round burst fire only capacity. Another close friend of Funco. She is a Swiss SG 550 assault rifle. Her grades are top notch and she's an honor student, but a bit out of it at times. She sports exceptional firing accuracy at mid-range, and doesn't like to lose. She appears to have feelings for Funco and gets jealous when others get close to her. Developed in Switzerland, she's designed as a marksman rifle for long range fight. She can hit a target at 700m, because Switzerland is full of mountains. She's more effective with the semi-automatic shots, but she also can select burst or full auto. She is a German G3A3 battle rifle. Despite her strict appearance, she is actually very caring. She has lots of little sisters in the Submachine Class, and an effective but embarrassing posture that improves her shooting without worrying much about the recoil. Her sniping skill is top class, and she often wears dark pantyhose. Yes, at Seishou Academy every girl is literally a lethal weapon, and they're all gunning for the top shot at getting their own personal serviceman! Needless to say, it's going to be difficult for newly recruited human instructor Genkoku to adjust to working with a living arsenal of high caliber cuties with tricky names like FNC (Funko) M 16A4 (Ichiroku) L85A1 (Eru) and SG 550 (Shigu). Especially since many have hair triggers and there's no bulletproof vest that can stop a really determined coed! He'll have to rewrite the operator's manual on student/teacher relationships, and pray that his job description won't include having to field strip and reassemble one of his cadets in the dark. But unfortunately (for him) FNC's already thinking about becoming HIS personal weapon, and she usually gets what she aims for!
